![]() ![]() Just as you mentioned, this seems to indicate that it recognizes I have a licence for AI. When I hover on the Cubase App icon in the dock it shows Cubase LE AI Elements 6, when I start the app the program opens Project Assistant, it shows files will be saved to User/ Cubase LE AI Elements Projects / Songs as the default location.īut, when I actually start the app proper using, say an empty project, the header of the app window shows Cubase AI with no mention of the LE or Elements in the header. I’m fairly new to the Mac environment and still not that familiar with it’s way of saving files. Thanks for staying with me on this one! Much appreciated. Go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES > OTHERS > YAMAHA STEINBERG USB > double click In the meantime here are some things to check: No mention is made of the required driver, please provide its version number as well.Īlso make sure you get the Remote Tools and Editor. We need just a little more information from you on the version and build of the Cubase AI you are running. If a reinstall was necessary you would know it if/when you go through the proper checklist. ![]() Mostly if something is wrong there are systematic ways to check and troubleshoot the installation. You’ve reinstalled already… This often is not necessary, But many feel this is the thing to do. It is unlikely that Cubase is corrupted or that the drivers did not install. I’ve spent tens of hours on this problem without any success. ![]() I’m now wondering if perhaps Cubase itself is corrupted and perhaps I need to re-install it as well. ![]()
